Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan rotational speed linear compensation method capable of stabilizing fan rotational speed and ensuring the ease of design with respect to specifications of the fan rotational speed without increasing the cost of components. <P>SOLUTION: In the fan rotational speed linear compensation method, a PWM signal is read out through IC at first and its compensation operation is performed to seek a compensation signal. Then, the compensation value is subtracted from or added to the compensation signal, and the obtained PWM signal after compensation shows lower parabola. In this way, based on the PWM signal after the compensation, the IC controls the rotational speed of the fan, and the rotational speed curve of the fan through compensation shows straight line and linear characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
【課題】ファン回転速度を安定させ、パーツコストも増加せず、ファン回転速度の規格に対して設計しやすいファン回転速度直線補償方法を提供する。 【解決手段】ファン回転速度直線補償方法は、先ず、ICを経由しPWM信号を読取り補償演算を行い、補償信号を求め、前記補償信号から補償値をマイナス或いはプラスし、得られた補償後のPWM信号は下放物線を呈する。こうして前記ICは前記補償後のPWM信号に基づき、ファンの回転速度を制御し、ファンの回転速度曲線は補償を経た後、直線かつ線性を呈する。 【選択図】図3
