Abstract

【課題】永久磁石同期電動機固有の高効率かつ小形・軽量の特長を損なうことなく、安定した始動・運転特性を確保する。 【解決手段】商用交流電源1で駆動される永久磁石同期電動機2と、商用交流電源1と永久磁石同期電動機2との間に介在する開閉器3と、商用交流電源1に接続されたインバータ回路6と、インバータ回路6によって駆動される誘導電動機4と、永久磁石同期電動機2と誘導電動機4とを機械的に結合する回転軸12と、開閉器3およびインバータ回路6を制御する制御回路6と、を有する電動機システムである。制御回路7は、誘導電動機4の停止状態から定格回転数付近までの始動時の誘導電動機4の制御を行なう機能と、誘導電動機4の定格運転時の負荷変動による回転数の動揺を減衰させるベクトル制御を行なう機能とを有する。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor system which can secure stable start/operation properties without marring the features of high efficiency and small size/light weight peculiar to a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: This motor system has a permanent magnet synchronous motor 2 which is driven with a commercial AC power source 1, a switch 3 which is interposed between the commercial AC power source 1 and the permanent synchronous motor 2, an inverter circuit 6 which is connected to the commercial AC power source 1, an induction motor 4 which is driven by the inverter circuit 6, a rotating shaft 12 which mechanically couples the permanent magnet 2 with the induction motor 4, and a control circuit 7 which controls the switch 3 and the inverter circuit 6. The control circuit 7 has a function of controlling the induction motor 4 at start from the stop state of the induction motor 4 to the vicinity of the rated number of revolutions, and a function of performing the vector control for attenuating the fluctuation of the number of revolutions due to the load ripple at rated operation of the induction motor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
